Q: Can I book an appointment during my lunch break?

A: Of course you can! Since our eyelash procedure takes 30 minutes or less to complete, that makes it convenient to schedule during any gap or break in your day.

Q: Can I request a specific Beauty Bar Artist?

A: Yes you can (you call the shots!).  You may include any special requests in the “Additional Note” section when you book your appointment.

Q: What if I cancel my appointment the day before?  Can I get a refund?

A: Absolutely!  We will gladly issue a refund, as long as your cancellation is prior to the requested date of service, and at least 24 hours in advance.

Q:  What if I need to cancel my appointment the same day?

A: If a cancellation is necessary, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  All appointments cancelled the day of service, and more than 12 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a 15% booking fee.  All other monies will be refunded to your credit card.  Appointments that are cancelled in less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time will be issued a credit for the original amount of the service that was booked.

Q: What if I would like to reschedule my appointment?

A: We ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment.  If not, you may be subject to a $5 booking fee to reschedule your next appointment.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the service?

A: If you are not pleased with our service, we will accommodate you as best as we can.  We will offer you a complimentary eyelash fix within the first 48 hours of your application.

Q: Can my friend and I request an appointment at the same time and location?

A: Sure you can! All bookings for multiples must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  Please inform of us of this request in the “Additional Note” section when booking.
